Alpha Epsilon Delta is the national honor society for students who plan to enter the health professions. Student must have completed at least three semesters of pre-health coursework with at least a 3.2 GPA.

Rubino Named to All-Region Team
Muhlenberg basketball team senior Giovanni Rubino has been named to the D3hoops.com All-Region 5 second team. The all-region nod was the second for Rubino, who also earned second-team honors in 2023.

Muhlenberg Graduate Named Princeton in Asia Fellowship Finalist
Princeton in Asia (PiA) fellowships are one- or two-year immersive, paid work placements at host organizations in Asia. The fellowships emphasize cultural immersion and contributing to host communities. Fellows are committed to furthering the PiA mission of fostering mutual appreciation and cross-cultural understanding between the United States and Asia. Only about 10% of PiA applicants are accepted into the program.

Muhlenberg Students Perform "Blue Stockings" in Allentown
"Blue Stockings" will be performed in Muhlenberg College's Dorothy Hess Baker Theatre, Feb. 27-March 2. The play tells the story of four women at the first women's college at Cambridge, campaigning for the right to receive their degrees upon graduation.
Muhlenberg College Students Pursue Externships with Alumni
Taking place over winter break, Muhlenberg's externship program allows students early in their college experience to shadow professionals -- often Muhlenberg alumni -- in order to gain exposure to specific work environments and daily work life.

VIDEO: Senior Neuroscience Major Conducts GABA Receptor Research
In a Muhlenberg College neuroscience lab, Teigan Brown '25 collects eggs from live frogs and explores the anti-anxiety properties of skullcap -- a medicinal herb. A graduate of Downingtown STEM Academy, Brown is studying neuroscience at Muhlenberg while conducting original research in the laboratory of Stanley Road Professor of Neuroscience, Jeremy Teissere, Ph.D. "The culture of the Teissere lab is very unique," says Brown. "It's important to me to be around people who care about the work that I'm doing, who care about me, and who I also care about. "[Teissere] has uplifted me and supported me through this entire process while making sure that it is an experience that is completely authentic to me. I'm just so proud of how far this project has come."

Danielle Costanzo Receives Omicron Delta Kappa Scholarship
Danielle Costanzo (Muhlenberg College, 2019) is a 2022-23 recipient of an Omicron Delta Kappa Sally K. Albrecht Arts Scholarship. Costanzo graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in dance science and theatre. During her time at Muhlenberg, she was a course tutor for anatomy and kinesiology, biology of movement, and biological and abnormal psychology classes. In addition, Costanzo served as a panelist for new admission recruits and was very active as a performer in multiple dance and theatre productions. She was secretary for the Muhlenberg College Circle and helped organize and promote circle service projects and create awareness of ODK for prospective members. Costanzo is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Costanzo has been involved in community activities, including a term serving as the Model World Health Organization president and as a volunteer for the Art Therapy program for her local hospital and the National Alliance for Mental Illness. She is pursuing a Master of Arts at Rider University in the clinical mental health counseling program, with a concentration in dance and movement therapy. Costanzo hopes to help others through creativity and the healing method of movement.
